Just about perfect. "Perfect Days" appeals to me so much as a person dealing with her seventh decade - both the topic and the director. You compare it to Jim Jarmusch's "Paterson." a gentle film I enjoyed. The energy in both films runs through "Past Lives" another film I liked very much. A quiet examination of life choices with a resolution that resonates with me.
Really looking forward to 'Perfect Days,' and 'The Taste of Things,' both. Kinda feeling like they're squarely right. in. my. wheelhouse. Or on my cushion, but you get the drift.
