Do I want to watch four mummified creatures who used to be lovely (in one case fabulous) looking women and great actresses? It hurts me to look at them.
It's always a pleasure to see Natasha Lyonne and the guest stars are first-rate. My only negative comment two episodes in is that Lyonne's ability to ALWAYS catch someone in a lie makes confirming who the killer is awfully easy.
I came close to pulling the plug when Charlie misidentified a turkey vulture as a "buzzard" in an early episode. I forgave her and have hung on and am enjoying the show, but agree with Ty that it's a degree or so lower in quality than Rian Johnson's movies. HOWEVER, if a Benoit Blanc/Charlie Cale team-up movie ever takes place, I'm there will bells on.
At what point will Charlie stop and ask herself why people keep getting murdered everywhere she goes? That's far more concerning than a weird talent for detecting lies.

I like interviewing the audience the best, it was all women of a certain age who were stoned out of their gourds and very amiable to answer my questions. They were there for the women. As one woman said about Tom Brady, “Who the f is that?’
