Of course hate speech is bad. I'm not optimistic that Ghost (or any "social media" platform) will prove to be a paradise of fairness because ... human beings.
I think we need to focus on and seriously punish bad BEHAVIOR a lot more than we do. Bad speech is just a lagging indicator of a much more serious problem.
