Thanks for the list of FREE movies. With all the streaming services that I pay for I’m opposed to pay for another rental fee. I find that I watch fewer movies and more series like poker face and shrinking but maybe i’ll try a few of these since there free.
Lots of good suggestions here. I am a huge fan of "Swiss Army Man," which for my money is more original and compelling than the Daniels' EEAAO. (Each to his own taste, I guess.) It certainly showed the inventive, absurd nature of their storytelling, long before EEAAO.
Love this list, especially because I've been telling people for years that "Edge of Tomorrow" was the best film of 2014. As is appropriate for the Groundhog Day scenario, it's endlessly rewatchable. And Emily Blunt is a bigger badass than just about anyone on screen (watch "The English" on Prime Video for confirmation). Finally, stick around for the final credits, which use John Newman's "Love Me Again," a song that came out the previous year but is freakishly appropriate for EoT.
Did I mention how much I love "Edge of Tomorrow"? 🤣
I loved Ruby Sparks. I am a fan of Zoe Kazan and Paul Dano. My husband and I had seen her play Harper in Angels in America. I wanted to walk but my husband talked me into taking the subway afterwards. Who should get into the same subway car but Zoe, her escort home (Paul Dano) and Zachary Quinto who was playing Louis. I also enjoyed Swiss Army Man. I still like a good fart joke.
